Phoenix Middle East Safety and Fire Engineering Consultancy LLC specialises in the provision of Disabled Access Compliance to ensure proposed buildings and refurbishment works comply with International Best Practice and offer equality to persons with special needs.

Disability access is an integral part of building design from inception, combining design and access elements.

We provide Disability Access Assessment reports in compliance with disability access and mobility design legislation and guidelines, ensuring that inclusive design is a feature of the development.

The level of information we supply is comprehensive allowing negotiation with controlling authorities, and where assessment of the building proposal is required.
